- Cross Functional Process Mapping - Identifying and developing cross functional workflow processes yields a greater understanding of the ownership of operations and the relationships between multiple functions in achieving organizational goals and meeting job performance levels. By conducting interviews and identifying workflow processes, we help employees recognize cross functionality and areas within operations, which must work cohesively with each other. Mapping these processes, helps employees realize and eliminate duplication of work and redundancies across the board and directly influence performance management outcomes.
