Farzana Ali

With over 18 years experience as an Organizational Training and Development professional, Farzana's forte is human capital, performance management, strategic planning, and the development of business systems and processes. She is an accomplished instructor, facilitator, and presenter who has designed and deployed numerous human resource and operational systems, supported by customized training programs and modules. Prior to launching CONSULTANTS for Systems, Talent and Organizational Development LLC, Farzana has completed projects within the manufacturing and service industries including hospitality, customer call centers, human resources consulting, and a newspaper printing plant, with employees ranging from 120 to more than 14,000. Her special talent and experience is in mentoring and developing diverse people in multi-cultural environments both domestically and internationally. She has been an enabler of successful careers and leadership skills among numerous individuals at different levels. She has received her Human Resource Management certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), London, UK, and Training and Development certification from the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). She is also a certified European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Assessor and Lead Auditor of ISO 9001:2000. Farzana's passion is training, and her drive is the potential of the human spirit to learn and to improve!
